Sheridan’s Got Talent Contest Well Underway

Sports

Have you watched the Sheridan’s Got Talent videos yet? If not, you are really missing something. Go to https://SheridanSoccer.causevox.com to see what you are missing. You will find eight entertaining contestant videos on the website. Voting donations have been coming in and the Alice Terry Elementary School’s After School Soccer Program still needs your support to reach the collective fundraising goal of $6,000.

You can help by giving as little as $18 to the Sheridan’s Got Talent Contest supporting Alice Terry’s After School Soccer Program at https://SheridanSoccer.causevox.com. In addition to beneficial physical exercise of this soccer program, participants improve social skills by focusing on teamwork with students from all grade levels, and both genders. Alice Terry Elementary educates students kindergarten through second grade students. About 90% of these students receive free/reduced lunch. Your donation will contribute to these kids’ future success.

Pele stated “Success is no accident. It’s hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do.” When asked about the program, Alice Terry’s Physical Education teacher, Calvin Hackert shared, “I see smiles everyday here. That’s probably the most special part of our program, the joy that is being brought to our students.” Join us today and spread the joy!
