The Arapahoe County Assessor’s Office will be mailing out 2023 Notices of Valuation to property owners in the City of Sheridan. If any property owner disagrees with the actual value, they may file a real property protest during the protest period, which runs from May 1 to June 8, 2023.
ArapCo has developed a simple and efficient online appeal system to further streamline the process, including a QR code on the Notice of Valuation for quick property record access. In addition to the online appeal system, property owners will have options of walk-in (on a limited basis), mail, drop-box, fax, phone, and video protests.
