It has been brought to our attention that residents in Sheridan and Arapahoe County are receiving spam calls from scammers claiming to be police officers and requesting bail money over the phone for a family member who has been arrested. Please note that police officers will never ask for money over the phone nor will they ask for payment in the form of a gift card.
