The City of Sheridan’s Planning and Zoning Department invites you to a neighborhood meeting to discuss a proposed Kum & Go gas station and convenience store to be located at 4065 and 4095 S. Federal Boulevard.
This property is currently zoned Business (BUS-1) and “motor vehicle service facilities” (with fuel sales) require approval of a conditional use permit in this district. The applicant, Engineering and Entitlement Solutions, Inc. has requested this meeting to further discuss the Kum & Go application and obtain feedback from residents on their proposal.
Conditional use permits require review at a Planning Commission meeting and a public hearing and final review by City Council. You will receive notification of both of these meetings once they are scheduled.
